Right to build
I have a UK client who received a notarial title deed for sale purcase of limited real right of costruction in 2007 for an apartment in a development
. Act 16 has now been awarded to the development. I am concerned that my client does not have the same rights of ownership as for the usual notary deed for sale of real estate. Should I advise him to get a new deed
?

He doesn't need to get a new deed. He becomes the legitimate owner of the building under the notary deed of right of condtruction. He presents as such by the deed.
